VQEG Colleagues,



As you know, T1A1.1 has been working on a suite of Technical Reports

dealing with Video Quality Metrics.  The latest versions of these TRs

are available on the T1 website (www.t1.org); anyone may download them

by the following names:

We are currently in session this week and making changes to these

documents.  However, review of them in their present state will give you

a good idea of our progress on this project.  We expect the new versions

to be available on the website by May 15th.  We are nearing completion

of these documents and expect to send them out in letter ballot form

sometime in June of this year.  Your contributions to these documents

are welcome.
